David is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Marc Scolnick, P.C. and handles transactional and litigation matters. David primarily represents clients in the purchases, sales, and leases of residential, investment, and commercial properties. David also handles real estate litigation, including but not limited to recovery of possession, non-payment of rent, evictions, and ejectments.

By fostering open and available communication, David ensures clients are well informed and updated throughout every stage of the legal process. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the law, David is committed to delivering personalized solutions that align with each client’s unique goals and objectives.

David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law where he received the St. Thomas Moore and Leader of Justice awards. He also served as an Academic Dean’s Fellow in Contract and Law. He is currently a notary public and a member, in good standing, of the New York Bar Association.

Scott is a Senior Paralegal at the Law Office of Marc Scolnick, P.C. With experience as a real estate agent, he has helped many clients purchase, sell, and invest in properties. He also has extensive knowledge in highly complex foreclosure litigation and negotiations.

Scott is the quintessential real estate professional with a business savviness empowered by his passion for real estate, ensuring that our clients are set up for optimal success. He is able to bring a unique perspective when helping our clients with any of their real estate needs. Scott graduated in the top of his class from Stony Brook University, earning a degree in international business.

Dalyn is a Paralegal at the Law Office of Marc Scolnick P.C. With over 6 years of experience and expertise in Paralegal Studies, Business Development, and Management. Throughout her career, Dalyn has gained extensive experience and knowledge in various areas of law, including business, real estate, family, wills, trusts, and estates, no fault, insurance and property damages.

With a keen attention to detail, she has excelled in legal document preparation, managing heavy caseloads, and effectively communicating with our clients and opposing counsels. Dalyn’s commitment to networking, professionalism, and client service brings a unique perspective to our office.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from CUNY - New York City College of Technology, Dalyn has demonstrated a strong dedication to her field, she is dedicated to providing dependable and efficient client support.

Andrew Valentine is a paralegal at the Law Office of Marc Scolnick P.C. He has three years of experience in Paralegal Studies and Property Management. His career has garnered him experience in several areas of law, including will trusts and estate, foreclosure, and eviction actions.

Andrew assists in legal research, document preparation, and client communication. Additionally, he is the communication liaison between the Ohio office and the New York office, respectively. He works hard to provide professional service to clients and strives to succeed in all cases presented.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certification in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University.
