David Kaiser - Senior Attorney

David is a senior attorney at Scolnick Law, P.C., where his practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on landlord-tenant matters. He represents property owners, investors, and commercial clients in a wide range of disputes, including proceedings for breach of contract, evictions, non-payment, ejectments, and other related commercial and residential matters.

David has substantial experience appearing before trial and appellate courts throughout New York. His practice includes matters in the Civil Court of the City of New York across all five boroughs, the Supreme Court of the State of New York in Queens and Manhattan, the Appellate Division, and the New York Court of Appeals. This breadth of experience enables him to manage matters efficiently and effectively from inception through appeal. Additionally, his transactional experience informs his litigation strategy and enhances his ability to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where he received the St. Thomas Moore and the Leader of Justice awards. He also served as an Academic Dean’s Fellow in Contract and Law. He is currently a notary public and a member in good standing of the New York Bar Association.
